JBI Scientific offers several levels of service and support. If one of the standard plans does not suit your needs please contact Jason to request a custom service contract quote.
PREMIUM SERVICE CONTRACT: This plan is an all inclusive plan that covers costs associated with maintaining your instrumentation through out the contract period.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PM) SERVICE CONTRACT: The PM/labor service contract is a great value for an organization that wants to have their instrument properly maintained. This plan includes up to five hours of labor and unlimited tech support for the contract period. In addition, you will receive priority on-site response if you require an on-site service call. This option is best for a lab that has a more flexible budget to allow for parts replacement/payment on an as needed basis.
LASER REPLACEMENT SERVICE: This service provides an all inclusive fee for laser replacement for Voyager MALDI-TOF instruments, AB 4700 TOF TOF, 4800 TOF TOF, and most ABI Genetic Analysis or RT PCR Instrumentation.
ON-SITE SERVICE: This option is available to any organization who is not covered under a service plan. Our goal is to have an engineer on-site with in four business days of opening a service call (24 Hour Priority On-Site Service available in most major cities). The customer pays labor, dispatch, expenses, and parts/materials. JBI sells refurbished parts at a fraction of the OEM list rates, so even if our travel charges are more than the OEM we make up for it in the savings we offer in replacement parts.
IN-HOUSE SERVICE: This option is available for customers who need extensive refurbishment of their equipment, or customers who need their instrumentation calibrated or repaired. JBI also rebuilds and refurbishes many parts in-house to offer a signifiant savings to the OEM.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT: JBI Scientific offers written trouble shooting procedures, video, and telephone technical support to resolve your issues quickly and inexpensively.
